In April we asked bartenders across the country to enter their Farm-to-Glass cocktails for a chance to win a trip to the farm-grown-whiskey motherland: Frey Ranch Distillery. With your help, we have a grand prize winner…Jake Fascitelli from Hopscotch Tavern in Southern California with the cocktail Rye-T on Point.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake. Served in a Collins glass, garnished with mint.

  • 1.5oz Frey Ranch Rye Whiskey
  • .75oz Aperol
  • .5oz Frey Ranch Meyer Lemon Honey syrup
  • .5oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz fresh SQUEEZED Orange County Orange juice
  • 1 egg white

Contest Rules
  • Showcase a Frey Ranch Whiskey Cocktail using Farm Fresh Ingredients
  • Contain no more than 2.5 oz. (at 40% ABV) total combined alcoholic ingredients
  • Not exceed 6 oz. in total volume of ingredients
  • Contain at least 1 oz. of Frey Ranch Bourbon or Frey Ranch Straight Rye Whiskey
  • Include an image of your finished cocktail and an explanation of the inspiration or your thought process behind the cocktail
  • Must be a professional bartender working within the industry

  • Use of fresh and local ingredients
  • Cocktail Name
  • Balance, flavor, aroma, and character
  • Story or inspiration behind your recipe
  • Appearance and presentation
